You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped. Keep an eye on your inbox for this information so you can track the status of your shipment.
Your order may be delivered by Post NL, DHL, or GLS Europe. Delivery time within the Netherlands is 3 to 5 working days. For deliveries within Europe, the delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 working days. Prefer to pick up your order yourself? Call or email us.
At Canadian Chair.com, you have 14 days to change your mind after the purchase date. Send an email to info@canadianchair.com to request a return. The item must be unused, undamaged, and if possible, in its original packaging. If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund.
Although we strive for the best service, it may happen that an item is delivered damaged or does not meet your expectations. Let us know via info@canadianchair.com. We aim to provide a solution within 24 hours.
